You’ve beaten your dog into submission and broken his spirit. He’s not a coward, he is terrified of humans because of your abuse. This dog will never trust you, he has no reason to trust.
Rehome him to someone with dog experience who can rehabilitate him and get the best out of him….if he ever does learn to trust a human again.

http://www.sitmeanssit.com These are some little drills that you can do to make your dog comfortable in running through different types of terrain without having to go out to the field every day.
Sometimes you may have a young dog and you may want to practice stuff like this in a nearby parking lot, schoolyard, or just about anywhere even if you live in the city.
The more things your dog becomes comfortable in running through, the more confident he will be. It’s one less thing that he has to think about because he will be used to this type of stuff by the time he needs to run through it if he becomes a field dog, and even if he only has to compete on grass and never sees this in a trial, he will still be better. The dog in this video is a 1 year old Black Labrador Retriever that will run hunt tests as he gets older.

I have a 2+1/2 year old purebred Black Labrador Female.
She has been an alfa-female since birth… And through much time and training, I have been able to train her as far as, walking off a leash, ‘Heel’, ‘Sit’, Stay’, No Bark, Rooll Over, Fetch, Jump, Stand, Ect..
But, As soon as there are other people around, she refuses to listen! She is extremely smart, and KNOWS that I will not punish her in public… are there any training techniques that I could use everyday when were alone to make her Respect me more?
All Comments Welcome,
But please Tell WHERE you got your information..
for example: (personal experience, website, book, ect…)
I am currently working on more training, but I know from 13 years of experience training dogs, that this is not an obedience problem, THIS is a respect problem, She is a smart dog, and and an alfa-female.
I have also noticed a lack of respect in other areas.
I am not looking for comments on what I am doing wrong, I am looking for suggestions on how to earn a dogs respect.
As others have said, she is only partially trained.
Try going to an obedience class. There will be other dogs and people there and you can work on training her commands while others are around as well as get reinforcement from a professional trainer.
That should do it, but remember to keep reinforcing things regularly so she doesn’t slack off.
