She was brought to the shelter because her owner was moving and could no longer care for her. Nola is a shy but affectionate pup who will need a home without children under the age of 8. She lived indoors only at her last home and is reported to have been partially housetrained. Crate training could be an excellent way to help Nola work on her housetraining as she adjusts to her new home. A crate would also give her a safe place of her own to stay when no one is available to supervise her. While Nola may be shy now, her previous owner tells us that she is a very playful and active dog. This tells us that she will likely open up quite a bit once she settles in to her new home!
